Africa is home to the world’s youngest population, brimming with untapped potential to drive economic transformation. Yet, a staggering 60% of youth remain unemployed, hindered by a gap in digital skills critical for today’s fast-evolving labor market. The COVID-19 pandemic underscored the urgent need for accessible, high-quality e-learning solutions that resonate with Africa’s unique context. LEAP Africa’s E-Learning Boot Camp is our bold answer—a dynamic, scalable, and fully virtual program that equips young Africans with the skills, mindset, and networks to thrive as e-learning developers, EdTech entrepreneurs, and digital leaders.
The digital economy is reshaping work, learning, and entrepreneurship
but African youth face systemic barriers:
1. Limited access to professional e-learning development training tailored to African realities.
2. Weak linkages between training, market opportunities, and venture ecosystems.

Addressing these challenges demands more than training—it calls for an ecosystem-wide transformation that bridges skills with opportunity and innovation.
